My approach and key design decisions for my form page were very simple and neat. I did a two column form with all requirements. I used Photoshop to create my form, my confirmation, my thank you page comps. I made everything easy to read and understand, and I feel like it has a really good flow and balance.
The confirmation page is almost identical to the form without the boxes. It is easy to read and it allows you to see what you put to make sure all the input is correct you have a chance to go back and/ or continue.
The thank you page is for after the user has successfully completed and confirmed/edited the form. It reads “Thank you for signing up for the ROSIE’S BAKERY newsletter! You should receive an email shortly when we have received and verified this information. You will be receiving your first newsletter soon!”.
